6. Cream Cheese and Chive Fold-Overs

Ingredients

● 6 tablespoons cream cheese

● 1 teaspoon lemon juice

● 4 coconut flour tortillas

● 3 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped

● 4 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

Whisk cream cheese thoroughly in a bowl and stir in chives and lemon juice.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortillas and fold into half-moon shapes.

Heat a quarter of oil over medium-high heat in a skillet and add a tortilla.

Cook until browned on both sides and repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Serve warm.
