Salmon Fillet

Ingredients:

Lemon

Pinch of salt

Pinch of black pepper

½ tsp. oregano

½ tsp. dill

½ tsp. tarragon

1 tbsp. olive oil

2 cloves garlic

Directions:

Squeeze the juice of the lemon out with hands on the fish. In a separate dish put the pinch of salt and black pepper add in the crushed ½ tsp. oregano, dill, and tarragon. Drizzle this on the fish, put foil on the baking pan and add 1 tbsp. olive oil and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Flip fish over to get it coated with the seasoning flavor on both sides.

Preheat oven to 400ºF. and bake for 20 -25 minutes only.
