All of this is a slightly long-winded way of encouraging you — Ms. PSF — to have Clients formally evaluate your team members (and you!) during, after, and long after a project. What holds for salespeople and for Tom-Peters-the-speaker should hold for Mary-Jenkins-the-accountant working on a systems project for an internal Client in the Purchasing Department.

(It would also be terrific if you could talk your PSF-peer in the Purchasing Dept./Purchasing Inc. into letting you evaluate his project team members’ performance. After all, doing cool, joint-venture projects will be the name of the game . . . for all of us. And what’s good for the goose . . .)
