• 5 pounds chicken thighs and drumsticks

• 1 tablespoon ground rosemary

• 2 tablespoons paprika

• 1 tablespoon garlic powder

• 1 tablespoon onion powder

• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Mix all of the spices together and rub the chicken all over with it. Heat up a gas or charcoal grill. Place chicken in low heat spots and cook until done.

Spices will blacken but retain their rich flavors. Serve immediately.
