Directions

Prepare oven by preheating it to 350ºF.

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, egg, sea salt, cocoa powder, honey, 2 tsp. peppermint extract, and avocado oil. Stir well until the dough can be formed into balls.

Using coconut oil to grease your hands, shape 1-inch balls and place it into a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten the ball into discs after.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until it looks dry. Set aside to cool

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave at 30-second intervals. Pour in 1 tsp. peppermint extract after. Mix well.
