1415: Henry invades France. England wins the Siege of Harfleur and the Battle of Agincourt.

1417: Caen falls to the English.

1419: Rouen falls to the English.

1449: Rouen recaptured by the French.

1450: English defeated at the Battle of Formigny.

1451: Territories in Aquitaine are reclaimed by the French.

1453: Battle of Castillon ends in English defeat.
