1 medium egg

3 ounces white rum

1½ ounces milk

⅓ ounce cream

½ ounce simple sugar syrup

Instructions:

1. Fill a deep tumbler with ice and set aside.

2. Crack the egg into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

3. Pour in the remaining ingredients and shake very well to mix.
