DAY 23
Upon Waking
Advanced hygiene: practice advanced hygiene. (See pp. 465–66 for guidance.)
Supplements: take one serving of a fiber/green superfood powder (mixed in) or five caplets of a super green formula (swallowed with) twelve-to-sixteen ounces of water or raw vegetable juice. (See the GPRx Resource Guide, pp. 496–97, for recommended products.)
Exercise: perform functional fitness exercises for five minutes (one round of exercises found in Key #4, pp. 190–98) and do deep-breathing exercises for five minutes.
Body therapy: take a hot and cold shower. After a normal shower, alternate sixty seconds of water as hot as you can stand it, followed by sixty seconds of water as cold as you can stand it. Repeat cycle twice for a total of four minutes, finishing with cold.
Breakfast

Onion, Pepper, and Goat Cheese Omelet (see appendix A, pg. 381, for recipe)
whole-grain sprouted or sourdough toast with butter

Dinner

Goat Cheese Stuffed Free-Range Chicken Breast (see appendix A, pp. 427–29, for recipe)
R’s House Salad (see appendix A, pg. 405, for recipe)
Supplements: take one or two whole food multivitamin caplets and one-to-three teaspoons or three-to-nine capsules of high omega-3 cod-liver oil and one or two capsules of a probiotic/ enzyme blend.
Snacks
apple and almond butter
Crispy Pecans (see appendix A, pp. 385–86, for recipe) vanilla protein whole food bar (see the GPRx Resource Guide, pp. 471–72, for recommended products)
Drink eight-to-twelve ounces of water, or hot or iced fresh-brewed tea with honey.
Before Bed
Drink eight-to-twelve ounces of water or hot tea with honey.
Exercise: go for a short walk outdoors.
Supplements: take one serving of a fiber/green superfood powder (mixed in) or five caplets of a super green formula (swallowed with) twelve-to-sixteen ounces of water or raw vegetable juice.
