4 thin slices red onion, separated into rings

½ cup crumbled nonfat or reduced-fat feta cheese; or ½ cup crumbled blue cheese

¼ cup chopped walnuts

¾ cup bottled nonfat or light balsamic, red wine, or raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing

Rub

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate

1 tablespoon dried rosemary or fines herbes
