2 four ounce salmon fillets
1 tsp butter
For the sauce:
2 Tbl butter
1 Tbl miso paste
1 tsp orange zest
1 Tbl orange juice
1 Tbl sweetener*
1 Tbl ginger, minced
Melt 1 tsp of butter in a medium nonstick saute pan. Cook the salmon to your preference – I like mine medium. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of your fillets. While the salmon is cooking, combine the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for a couple of minutes until slightly thickened. Transfer the salmon to your serving plates and spoon the sauce over the top.
