Grilled Chipotle Lamb Roast

4 cloves garlic

4 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce

½ cup apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons minced oregano

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried epazote

2 tablespoons minced flat leaf parsley
