Ingredients

1 cup water

1 packet onion soup mix

1 lb. pork spare ribs

1 bottle buffalo sauce

Instructions

Place the steam rack inside the Instant Pot.

Add water to the bottom part of the pot.

Rub onion soup mix all over the spare ribs.

Place the ribs on top of the rack.

Pour the buffalo sauce over the ribs, reserving ¼ cup for serving.

Set to manual and cook on high for 20 minutes.

Release the pressure naturally.

Serve the spare ribs with the remaining buffalo sauce.
