Reward Scheme
Encourage yourself and give yourself a medallion of reward. As you achieve the goals that you have set for yourself, you need to reward yourself. I must state here that, rewarding yourself doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to eat meals that will endanger your Ketone diet or your Ketosis. You can treat yourself to something nice that doesn't put your Ketogenic diet in danger. You can eat something that is not Ketone inclined but watch it carefully so that you don't put so much effort in your Ketone diet and later it becomes a total and colossal waste. It is ideal to set goals for yourself and when you hit the bar of those goals, give yourself a reward. When you meet the first goal, increase the bar and follow it logically until you smash the next bar. When you do that, reward yourself. If you have to feast on anything during your reward, something like pizza, then ensure it is a low carb. This reward scheme and treating yourself to what you have achieved will keep you highly encouraged. The reward scheme is an encouragement system, built by you to encourage no one but you.
