RECIPE 21: FISH TACOS WITH GREEN JALAPEÑO SALSA & CHILLI CREAM

INGREDIENTS

Red Onion (1)

Sugar (1/6oz//1tsp)

Honey (5ml//1tsp)

Olive Oil (15ml//1tbsp)

Garlic Salt (1/6oz//1tsp)

Sliced Radishes, to serve

Ground Cumin (1/6oz//1tsp)

Mild Chilli Powder (1/6oz//1tsp)

Shredded white cabbage, to serve

Warmed soft corn tortillas, to serve

Chipotle, Tabasco or another hot sauce, to serve

Swordfish steaks or other firm white fish (500g//1.1lb), cut into 3cm cubes

Limes (zest of 2 and juice of 1), plus lime wedges to serve (save the other one for the salsa)
