Clinician: Before we talk about what brought you and your mom here today, I’d like to get to know you a bit. What do you do for fun?

Patient: I don’t know. Hang out with friends, I guess.

When you hang out with friends, what do you do?

Go to the mall, have sleepovers. But I haven’t done that in a while.

Why not?

I don’t feel like it. And my mom’s car’s broken, so she can’t drive me.
