TECHNICAL LEVEL: Intermediate

REPS: 3 x

OBJECTIVES: deepening and lifting the “powerhouse”, strengthening back, stretching front side of the box and thighs (Teaser 3)

Starting Position

Sit with your back to the hump of the apparatus, resting your back on the barrel’s hollow part. Adopt the Teaser position.

Movement

Lift your arms to the sides of your ears and, without moving your legs, roll down backwards on the edge of the apparatus as far as you can keep control. Go back to starting position.
