Saffron Pistachio Falooda

Makes: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

● 500 ml milk

● 1 packet saffron pistachio falooda premix

● 1 tablespoon sugar

● 2 tablespoons chopped almonds and pistachios

● 4-5 saffron strands

● 2 cups vanilla ice cream

● 2-3 rose petals (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:

a) In a pan, heat the milk until it is hot. Add the falooda mix and sugar, and let it boil for about 10 minutes until it thickens slightly.

b) Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool. Once cooled, refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. After 2 hours, stir the mixture well.

c) Pour the chilled falooda into serving glasses. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

d) Garnish with saffron strands, chopped almonds and pistachios, and rose petals.

e) Enjoy cold.
