Target volumes shown include the gross tumor volume (GTV) (orange) and three clinical target volumes (CTV). CTV1 (green) consists of the GTV as well as uterus and uninvolved cervix (in this patient, there was no normal cervix); CTV2 (blue) includes the parametrial/paravaginal tissues, parauterine fat, ovaries, and proximal vagina; and CTV3 (red) consisting of the common, internal, and external iliac lymph nodes as well as the presacral region
