Myth: Vegans Are Always Hungry

This is a weird myth but, unfortunately, quite wide spread. People seem to think that meat is the only thing that makes you feel full. In reality, your body feels full whenever your stomach has food to digest in it. As soon as it’s finished breaking it down and sent it on to your intestines, you feel hungry again. If you eat foods that digest easily (like simple carbohydrates or liquid based foods), you’ll feel hungry again sooner because your stomach will finish its work quickly.
