In a medium size mixing bowl add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla and cream together with an electric mixer. Add gelatin and mix until well blended.

Remove cooled evaporated milk from refrigerator and whip with a whisk for 1 – 2 minutes until fluffy, then fold whipped milk into gelatin mixture with a spatula thoroughly mixing. Set aside while preparing the crust and topping.

Instructions for crust and topping:

In a separate mixing bowl add melted butter to graham cracker crumbs and mix together until moist. Pack firmly 2/3 of the prepared graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass dish. Add filling and gently spread with spatula over the crust. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
