Combine the ground oatmeal and cream together and stir the mixture.

Then take the separate bowl and whisk the egg white in it. Add salt and olive oil. Stir the mixture.

After this, add egg yolks and mix the mixture with the help of the hand mixer.

Then combine the egg mixture and the oatmeal mixture together. Stir it.

Combine the baking soda and hot water and mix up the mass.

Add olive oil and sugar. Stir the mixture carefully until all the ingredients are dissolved.

Leave the dough for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the apples and chop them.

Take the non-stick pan and preheat it well. Pour the apple juice in it.

Preheat it on the medium heat and toss the chopped apples in it.

Sprinkle the mixture with the cinnamon and stevia. Add caster sugar and stir it carefully.

Cook it on the low heat for 6 minutes.

Then chill the mixture little.

Take the separate non-stick pan and preheat it well.

Pour the small amount of the dough in the pan and make the crepe.

Cook the crepe for 30 seconds from one side and then flip it to another side.

Cook the crepe for 35 seconds more.

Then transfer the crepe to the plate and sprinkle it with the apple mixture. Roll it.

Serve the crepes hot.
