MAKES ABOUT 2½ CUPS/600 ML; SERVES 2

1½ cups/255 g orange segments with their juice

½ cup/85 g grapefruit segments with their juice

1 cup/240 ml brewed peppermint tea, made into ice cubes

¼ cup/10 g firmly packed fresh mint leaves

2 tbsp agave nectar

Combine the orange and grapefruit segments with their juices and the peppermint-tea ice cubes in a blender. Add the mint and agave nectar. Blend until smooth.
