Instructions to Prepare Your Pig:
1. The first thing that you will want to do is cut up your pig into quarters. Then season your pig quarters with your dry rub mixture. Make sure that you use a meat injector to inject your fresh marinade directly into the flesh of your pig to give it some more flavor.
2. The next thing that you will want to do is wrap up your seasoned pork in your paper bag. Then place it into an even large burlap bag. Close the bag with a wire.
3. Once done dig a hole in the ground that is at least 3 by 5 feet and that is at least 4 feet deep. Then start up a fire and allow your fire to burn until you have at least 3 feet of burning coals left.
4. Place your pork in the bag in some water and allow to soak for at least 30 seconds.

Instructions to Cook Your Pork:
1. The next thing that you will want to do is throw your bag full of your pig on top of your hot coals. Quickly cover your hole with a large metal sheet so you can create an airtight seal and prevent any heat from escaping. Then make sure that you cover your pit with a thin layer of dirt so that it can make sure that no air disturbs your cooking pig.
2. Allow your pork to cook undisturbed for at least 4 hours. Remove after 4 hours and serve right away.
