CHAPTER 24
NEYITAâQL NEâTAPTASIKL
RECEIVING SIGNS
People who are in the spirit world find all kinds of ways to communicate with those of us still here in the physical world. It could be through a butterfly. It could be a dime. It could be a dragonfly. It may even be a perfectly timed and placed feather, a rainbow, or even a dream. Sometimes itâs a song on the radio or repeating numbers. For example, you might continually see 11:11 on a clock, or 222 on a license plate. Either way, your loved ones will find a way of communicating via one or more of these intentional signs. If you have many family members or close friends in the spirit world, they will usually send different signs. I know itâs my dad who sends dimes because of the image of the ship and his naval background. Also, the dimes I find are usually from 1987âthe year he died.
Sometimes, people schedule an appointment to figure out who is behind the signs they are receiving. They come hoping I will validate the sign or symbol as that from a specific spirit.
I always tell them when I receive that image in my readings, but the truth is, you probably already know who the sign is from. Trust your intuition, your psychic vibes, and your heart. Your spirit already knows. In private sessions, I also sometimes ask clients to write down who they think is sending them a particular sign. I also write down who I know it is, based on my communication with the spirit world. Ninety-nine percent of the time weâve written down the same name. They already knew, yet they wanted it confirmed. Many people ask, âWhy do I find so many dimes?â Dimes are light and easy for a spirit to move, so they are a common sign a spirit is with you. A few weeks after she met with me, one of my clients posted an amazing story on Facebook. During our session her father communicated to me that he sends his daughter dimes. She acknowledged she did find dimes from time to time, but nothing could have prepared her for what happened next. While readying her living room to put up the Christmas tree, she moved an entertainment unit. Behind the unit was a cross, which had belonged to her father. What do you think was perched atop the cross? A dime! The cross had been behind the entertainment unit since the previous Christmas, so how could that possibly have happened without the assistance of a spirit?
Similarly, religious medallions are also light and easy to move. Another client posted a story to Facebook four months after we had met. During our session, four of her recently deceased relatives connected with me and told me they would be sending my client a religious medallion of some kind. Four months later, when she went to visit her brotherâs grave, there was a medallion of Archangel Michael sitting on his tombstone, waiting for her to find it.
