Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, add in all of the ingredients for the marinade. Whisk until evenly mixed.
2. Add in the salmon and marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Thread the salmon cubes onto skewers.
4. Grease the grates of an outdoor grill with cooking spray and preheat to high heat.
5. Place the skewers onto the grill. Cook for 3 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside to rest for 8 to 10 minutes before serving.
