CHEESE AND CHARCUTERIE BOARD

You can’t go wrong with a meat and cheese board. This recipe will help you prepare the perfect platter for your next gathering!

4 ounces prosciutto, sliced

4 ounces Calabrese salami, sliced

4 ounces capicola, sliced

7 ounces Parrano Gouda cheese

7 ounces aged Manchego cheese

7 ounces Brie cheese

½ cup roasted almonds

½ cup mixed olives

12 cornichons (small, tart pickles)

1 sprig fresh rosemary or other herbs of choice, for garnish

Arrange the meats, cheeses, and almonds on a large wooden cutting board. Place the olives and pickles in separate bowls and set them on or alongside the cutting board. Garnish with a spring of rosemary or other fresh herbs of your choice.
