TO MORAY

Take a deep breath—inhale fully through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Breathe in once more, exhale fully, and close your eyes. In your mind’s eye envision a golden orb of light surrounding your physical body. This golden light will serve as your body’s psychic protection while you journey between the worlds of space and time.

Taking another deep breath in, I invite you to let your spirit journey up and out of your body, and feel your spirit soar into the sky above you. It innately knows how to travel between the worlds, and as you continue to fly through the sky above you, you travel to the land of Peru and the Sacred Valley of the Inca. Gently descending into the Sacred Valley, you land softly on the ground.

Before you is the ancient Temple of Moray. You walk to the edge of the cliff and peer down below you and see that within Moray there are eight terraces going down deep into the Earth. These terraces have generated powerful energy for centuries, for Moray is a vortex of healing energy. The ancient Inca used this ancient temple as a healing vortex into the womb of Pachamama—Mother Earth.

Take a deep breath and prepare yourself to enter this vortex of energy. You begin your journey down into the womb of Mother Earth. Terrace by terrace you descend deeper and deeper into the Earth—this holy, living vessel of life.

As you journey throughout the terraces, you notice different herbs and plants on each one. You intuitively know that these herbs are all healing plants, and you know that they were used as medicine by the ancient Inca.

Being present to yourself, and going deeper into your consciousness, you continue to journey down each terrace, into this vortex, and feel your connection with Pachamama—Mother Earth. You know that as you journey down into the womb of Mother Earth you are also returning back into the womb of your own mother—the place where you were once a seed, where the seeds of all future potential and life reside.

Take a deep breath in and settle your spirit within the energies of the womb. Connect with the womb of your own mother and the womb of Mother Earth. Within this space, look within your own heart and see where you are wounded.

Where do you hold pain, grief, sorrow, loss, and disappointment? What areas of your own life feel disconnected from life, love, and the nurturing energies of the Great Mother?

Where is your soul still bleeding?

Moray is a powerful place of healing, a power center where we can activate and remember the seeds of forgiveness and love that still, despite everything, reside within us. Knowing that you are a whole and complete being, bring these areas of your life where you feel pain, broken, and disconnected into this healing energy.

Bring the people, places, and things that have harmed you, and that you have harmed, into this powerful womb of Moray and allow all of these experiences to be held within this ancient energy field.
