1 1/2 tablespoon dill chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Directions

Cook potatoes until tender about 12 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until cream cheese is melted and potatoes are coated. Serve. Sprinkle with parsley. Serves 4 to 6.

Sour Cream Potato Salad

Ingredients

6 to 8 medium potatoes

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped

Pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

8oz sour cream
