Barbecue Beef Ribs
Ingredients:
1 rack of beef ribs
3 stalks of celery
2 carrots
1 medium onion
3 beef bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
Bottle of barbecue sauce
Instructions:
Cut ribs apart and place into a large kettle. Chop vegetables and put on top of ribs. Cover with water and add bouillon cubes, salt, and pepper. Boil until meat is tender. Remove ribs and coat heavily with sauce. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, but best if left overnight. Barbecue on grill until browned and heated through. Yield: Serves 3 to 4.
