Wood pellet Sheet pan Chicken Fajitas

Cooking delicious food for a large crowd is always a big challenge but do not have to worry anymore. This sheet pan fajita is the way to go.

Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 10 minutes; Serves: 10

Ingredients

➢ 2 tbsp oil

➢ 2 tbsp chile margarita seasoning

➢ 1 tbsp salt

➢ 1/2 tbsp onion powder

➢ 1/2 tbsp garlic, granulated

➢ 2 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced

➢ 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced

➢ 1 orange bell pepper

➢ 1 onion, sliced

Preparation Method

Preheat the wood pellet to 450°F.

Meanwhile, mix oil and seasoning then toss the chicken and the peppers.

Line a sheet pan with foil then place it in the preheated grill. Let it heat for 10 minutes with the grill’s lid closed.

Open the grill and place the chicken with the veggies on the pan in a single layer.

Cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and no longer pink.

Remove from grill and serve with tortilla or your favorite fixings.
