She couldn’t believe it when he stopped.

Brooke frowned. “No, you don’t.”

“Yeah, I do.”

She swallowed hard. “I’m too loud.”

His laugh made her smile. “Screamers are my favorite and, in case you haven’t noticed, we’re way out in the woods. You can be as loud as you want. It’ll be music to my ears. Scream away. I want you to fully enjoy yourself.”

Brooke shook her head. “You’re going to regret saying that.”
