In the double broiler on medium heat combine marshmallows and milk in the

top of the broiler, stir until marshmallows melt. Add chocolate bar, stir until

melted and smooth. Let cool.

Fold whip cream into marshmallow mixture. Pour into pastry dish. Cover with

waxed paper or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.

Banana Cream Pie

1 box of pillsbury ready made pie crust

3 bananas, sliced

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

2 1/2 cups milk

3 egg yolks, beaten

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 egg whites

1/4 cup sugar
