Delight in the ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ this dish elicits when served.

– 8 slices shortcut GF bacon (240g)

– 2 large mangoes (734g)

– 2 medium avocados (318g)

– 2 red round radishes (40g), thinly sliced

In a non-stick pan, cook the bacon untilnice and crispy.

Thinly slice the mango and avocado.

Arrange the bacon, mango and avocado on a platter.

This salad requires no dressing as the combination of flavours are simply stunning.

Optional: Serve scattered with microgreens.
