Behind the glass cases of colorful and gorgeous bonbons sold here is the production facility, so you can see exactly what happens during the process, from roasting and grinding cacao beans, to tempering the chocolate, to shaping and flavoring the results. Nobles loves collaborating with his neighbors—the Tiki Bar bonbon uses Roulaison rum, and the Apple Cider Caramel bonbon uses mulled cider from Broad Street Cider & Ale. The options are constantly changing, depending on the season and Nobles’s mindset that day. If you can keep them cool, these are great options for gifts and souvenirs.
