Sip into something more comfortable with the Ritzy Cosmo. This mocktail takes the regular cosmopolitan and gives it a pleasant fizz, much like a sour, adding an extra layer of depth to this old girl.

Makes 1 mocktail

• 1½ ounces nonalcoholic vodka

• 1½ ounces nonalcoholic orange liqueur

• 1 ounce cranberry juice

• ½ ounce lime juice

• 1 egg white

• 1 dried orange wheel

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the nonalcoholic vodka, nonalcoholic orange liqueur, cranberry juice, lime juice, and egg white. Shake vigorously for one minute and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with the dried orange and get sipping.
