Taco Pizza

I used convenient premade dough to make this taco pizza just as easy as I could. It is especially popular with kids, and even picky teenagers. I keep all these ingredients in the house so I can whip this up whenever they ask for it – and they ask for it a lot.

Makes: 8 Servings

Cooking + Prep Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:

1 pound of beef sirloin, ground

1 & 1/2-pound ball of pizza dough

1 cup of bottled salsa

2 chopped plum tomatoes, small

1 heart of sliced romaine lettuce

1 tbsp. of milk, 2%

1/4 cup of sour cream, light

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, sharp

1 tbsp. of lime juice, fresh

1 chopped onion, medium

1 tbsp. of oil, olive

2 tsp. of cumin, ground

1 tsp. of paprika, smoked

1 tsp. of garlic powder
