Potrerillos

Set above the newly built Potrerillos reservoir in beautiful Andean precordillera, Potrerillos is one of Mendoza’s white-water hot spots, usually visited during a day’s rafting trip from the capital.

Located about 1km uphill from the ACA campground, Argentina Rafting OFFLINE MAP GOOGLE MAP ( 02624-482037; Ruta Perilago s/n) offers rafting and kayaking on the Río Mendoza. Trips range from a 5km, one-hour Class II float to a 50km, five-hour Class III–IV descent over two days. Organize trips at the Mendoza office (Click here) or at the base here in Potrerillos.

El Puesto Hostel HOSTEL $
