Method

FOR KOFTA

In a bowl, mix all ingredients except oil Mix well. Make a thick batter

In a kadahi, heat oil, add the batter to make bhajji type

Fry till both side golden brown, remove it, keep aside.

FOR CURRY

In a handi, heat oil, add first kashmiri chilli powder to make red color, add whole dry spices and green chillies, mix well.

Now add chopped onion, fry it, add ginger garlic paste, stir it, add chopped tomatoes, all masala powder, mix well, cook till tomatoes is well done.

Add gram flour paste and water, salt to taste, cook in medium flame till gravy is thick.

Before serving, add the kofta in curry, garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.
