DIRECTIONS

Cut cabbage in half

Toss cabbage and radish with salt

In a bowl combine fish sauce, gochugaru, ginger, garlic, usukushi, shrimp and mix well

Add water and mix again

Stir in carrot, onion, cabbage radish and combine with the seasoning

You can store the kimchi or serve right away

- 1 cup kimchi

- 1 oz. gochujang

- 4 spring onions

- 1-piece ginger

- 2 garlic cloves

- 2 eggs

- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

- ½ cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup Gochujang dipping sauce
