Egg Bacon Snack

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

6 medium eggs

ΒΌ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon bacon fat

3 slices bacon

2 teaspoons mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped chives, to sprinkle

Directions:

1.Cook the eggs in simmering water until hardboiled. It takes around 7-8 minutes. Let the eggs sit in hot water for 5 minutes more. Place the cooked eggs in a cold water and let them rest for 30 minutes. Peel the eggs after.

2.Chop the bacon and cook in a non-stick skillet until crispy.

3.Cut the eggs in half by length and scoop the yolks. In a bowl, mash the yolks with bacon fat, mayonnaise and mustard. Season to taste.

4.Fill the empty egg white shells with bacon. Top with egg yolk mix and sprinkle with chives before serving.

5.Enjoy.
