Psyllium Almond Flour Buns

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cooking time: 1 hour

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups almond flour

5 tablespoons of psyllium husk powder

1 teaspoon of sea salt

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 cup of boiling water

3 egg whites

2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350℉ and spray nonstick cooking spray on a baking sheet.

2. In a bowl, thoroughly combine all the dry ingredients together.

3. Add the water, vinegar and egg whites; whisk for about 30 seconds with a hand mixer. Do not over mix.

4. Wet your hands and form the batter into 4, 6 or 8 portions then set on the prepared pan.

5. Set the baking pan in the lower section of the oven; bake for about 50 – 60 minutes.
