As far as soliciting feedback from international students, the participants agreed that it was a good idea for the library to do because they felt that their input could contribute to internationalization in the library. They indicated that international students are willing to help but are not always comfortable expressing themselves in English: “They are willing to give opinions. Although I want to share ideas with you, I cannot always express well.” Others voiced concern that the manner of collecting feedback could be problematic as well:

Maybe a short survey when they check out books, laptops. Any time students borrow, they could be asked to fill out a card. But I don’t know how to identify international students from regular students, that could be an issue.
