28. Citrus-Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

✓ baby carrots, 1 lb., chopped

✓ orange zest, 1 tsp.

✓ orange juice, ½ cup

✓ butter, 2 tbsp., unsalted

✓ honey, 1 tbsp.

✓ rosemary, 2 tsp.

Directions:

Add your honey, butter, juice, zest and carrots in a skillet. Close the lid and allow to cook until the carrots are fully cooked (about 10 minutes). Stir on occasion then add in rosemary. Mix and serve.
