South Indian Style Crepes

Ingredients

1 C. all-purpose flour

1 C. water

1 egg

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 pinch salt

1 tbsp caraway seeds

Directions

Heat a non-stick crepe pan on medium-high heat.

In a bowl, add the flour and water and beat well.

Add the egg and mix well.

Add the butter, salt and caraway seeds and beat till a smooth mixture forms.

Add about 1/4 C. of the mixture in the heated pan and tilt the pan to spread the mixture evenly.

Cook for about 2-4 minutes.

Carefully, flip the crepe and cook for about 30 seconds.

Repeat with the remaining mixture.
