D, The deep flap is reattached to the medial malleolus using the distal anchor suture. E, The superficial flap is reattached to the tuberosity of the navicular. F, Sutures are tightened and ligament reconstruction is reconstructed. G, The superior medial malleolus anchor is used to reconstruct the tibionavicular ligament. ●Place two suture anchors proximal to the medial malleolus, and refix them to the distal flap and the tibionavicular ligament, respectively. Place one suture anchor on the navicular tuberosity and refix it to the proximal flap. Secure reconstructed tibionavicular and tibiospring ligaments with an overlying no. 0 absorbable suture.

●Reconstruction of the superficial deltoid ligament: distal tear or avulsion (Figure 18-8)

●Debride ligamentous footprint on navicular.
