As well as its basic principle, the Nutrition Compass has seven points to help you to stay on a healthy path.

The first three points elaborate on the first part of the basic principle: get healthy food into your body; start with food that’s good for your hormones.

•Eat and drink as nature provided.

•Do not be afraid of healthy fats (and eat them!).

•Eat plenty of plants.

Points 4, 5, and 6 elaborate on the second part: get empty calories and junk food and contamination out of your diet; after that, begin to avoid less healthy food that disrupts your hormones.

•Be smarter than candy.

•Cow’s milk is for calves.

•Intestines do not like gluten.

Point 7 emphasizes the importance of variety, including the use of supplements.

•Eat a wide variety of foods (but don’t eat too much).
