Ingredients

50 g butter

5 tbsp all-purpose flour

drippings from turkey

2 C. chicken broth

3/4 tsp salt

ground pepper

1 dash, browning

Directions

In a pot, add the butter and cook until melted.

Add the flour, mixing continuously until smooth.

Slowly, add the chicken broth, mixing well until smooth.

Cook until desired thickness of the gravy.

Stir in the salt and pepper and browning enjoy hot.
