Red Potatoes

On large sheet heavy-duty foil, place 1½ pounds small red potatoes, cut into halves; toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil and ½ teaspoon each kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Fold foil over; crimp edges to seal. Grill on medium-high 25 to 30 minutes, turning over once, until tender.

Plum Tomatoes

Cut 6 medium plum tomatoes into halves. Brush cut sides lightly with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon each kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill 3 to 5 minutes per side, until lightly charred.
