SAMPLE MEAL PLANS FOR A GLUTEN-FREE DIET
The best meal plan for you will depend on several things, such as the time you have to spend cooking and whether you need to lose weight while on the gluten-free diet.
I’ve provided different meal plans to use as a starting point to create your own menus and divided them into:
A meal plan for the gluten-free cook
A meal plan for people with busy schedules
A meal plan for losing weight on a gluten-free diet
Although I’ve provided some recipes for gluten-free meals, desserts and snacks in Section Four, these are not intended to be staples of your daily diet. Most people already know how to make their favorite traditionally gluten-free meals, such as steak and mashed potatoes, but are concerned that they’ll never be able to enjoy things like pasta, pizza, or brownies again. The recipes in the cookbook are intended to help you keep enjoying those foods that traditionally contain gluten.
