Meatballs in Red Sauce

Time: 23 minutes (10 in fryer), serves 3-4

INGREDIENTS:

12 oz. (3/4 pounds) ground beef

1 small onion

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

1 egg

½ tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme leaves

3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Pepper and salt to taste

You can also use 10 oz. tomato sauce

PREPARATION:

All ingredients put into large bowl and mix. This mixture shapes in 10-12 balls

Cook in Airfryer on 390°C for 8 minutes.

After that, add tomato sauce and back to the Airfryer on 330°C and cook again for 5 minutes.

This meal is actually meatballs, and red sauce is optional. You can serve balls without red sauce if you like.
